At nine years old, Amy decided she wanted to join the military, a dream she fulfilled on her 18th birthday. However, her path was profoundly impacted by the events of September 11th, which occurred just seven days before her basic training was set to begin. Amy's journey includes high-stress military roles and a subsequent career as an ER nurse during COVID, which led her to relocate across the country for a slower pace of life and to start her own nurse coaching business. Amy's story is a testament to the power of choosing change and cultivating joy.
